Who was it who said that in England you have Inquiry, whereas in the US you have Information. That is essentially the difference between the two democracies: in England, you have the right to ask, while in the US, you have the right to know.

oh I love these random Gaiman jewels. Never understood why he would choose to live in the US. Suppose traveling in the same time period is easier than through time.
