Some quarantines are worse than others

Especially if you happened to be a carrier of typhoid in the early 1900s. Apparently, you got admitted to a mental asylum. I didn't even get admitted to a hospital when I got my attack.

Do i hear a note of regret?

I hope you got a few days off, though. That's the important part :)

Me neither. Though my house often feels like a loony bin.

All:
Actually not. You get better treatment at home, plus food is more on-demand....not that you can eat any of it when you have typhoid.
